Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls MT - The American300 Never Quit Series returns to this Air Force Global Strike Command Base this week with ‘Chisel 04’ featuring retired Major General Edward Mechenbier, a 40 plus year veteran of the United States Air Force and former prisoner of war in Vietnam. “General Mechenbier, represents everything that our Never Quit Series stands for” says Robi Powers a veteran who founded American300 as a all volunteer nonprofit “the General is a Airmen’s Airmen and truly represents our mission of sharing amazing real life resiliency stories”.
The 341st Missile Wing will be presenting American300’s Never Quit Series special guest throughout the day on Friday, September 19th to Airmen from the command’s various squadrons. General Mechenbier will also be the honored guest speaker during the bases annual M.I.A./P.O.W. retreat Friday evening.
American300 serves one primary mission; to support the Department of Defense. “We believe in mentoring and General Mechenbier has one heck of a life story and way of telling it” says Powers “anyone can read about proper career and personal management techniques, what we do is bring in examples and let the conversations flow, imagination ignite, renew passion for living and individuals doing things right for themselves and those around them.”
